Build-to-suit: With our build-to-suit (to lease) Construction Consulting, businesses and property owners meet their real estate needs while avoiding the risks of ownership. After determining our client’s needs, we consider capable development firms with local experience. Then, we select the firm that will construct the required building with the most advantageous long-term lease.
- Valuation:
Our Valuation Consulting determines the approximate value of a property owned or under consideration for acquisition/investment. After reviewing our guideline broker’s opinion of value, we recommend a capable, local and independent MAI appraisal firm (Member of the Appraisal Institute).
Our Financing Consulting provides advice on various real estate financing options. These options, referred to capable and independent sources, include sale-leaseback and conventional or SBA new financing and refinancing.
Feasibility: Our Feasibility Consulting assists businesses and property owners who are contemplating the repositioning of an existing project or considering a new project. We use strategic analysis to help assess if the project is worth pursuing.
